• Use Forgot password — the reset link is emailed from noreply@findmyrecipes.ai, so check your spam folder if it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes.
• New accounts must be activated from the email sent when you registered. Until then, signing in reports that the account is not yet activated.
• Still stuck? Email info@findmyrecipes.ai from the address you registered with.

Website access needs an active subscription, and subscriptions are bought in the iOS app — Apple handles all billing for us. Subscribe or restore a purchase there, then sign in here again. Your recipes, meal plans and pantry are the same account either way.

New accounts get three days of full access when they register — that’s ours, not an App Store trial, so there’s nothing to cancel if you decide not to continue.

• Cancel on your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Find My Recipes → Cancel Subscription. Access continues until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
• Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us: reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Paid but still seeing the paywall? Tap Restore Purchases at the bottom of the paywall screen. If that doesn’t unlock it, email us — include the date of purchase and we’ll sort it out.

In the app: Profile → Delete Account, confirmed with your email address and password. This permanently removes your account, your imported and created recipes, meal plans, folders, pantry and grocery lists. It can’t be undone, and it doesn’t cancel an App Store subscription — cancel that separately, as above.

If you can’t get into the app to do it, email info@findmyrecipes.ai from your account’s address and we’ll delete it for you.

Imports read the page, video or photo you point us at, and some sources don’t give up their ingredients cleanly. Send us the link you used along with what came out wrong — mis-scaled quantities, missing steps, the wrong photo — and we’ll fix the import for that source. Reports like these are how the importer gets better.
